The 2 key rated Coronamar Apartments are situated around 700 metres from the
beach, in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of
Lanzarote.
The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 2007, the modern low rise Coronamar complex is a small development of 33 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a central pool area. All apartments on the complex come equipped with modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with glass ceramic cooker with 2 cooking zones, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for hire and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with an integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
