The 4 star rated Aequora Lanzarote Suites are situated around 200 metres from the beach, in the quiet Playa de Los Pocillos district, of the otherwise lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The hotel is approximately 5km south of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the modern low rise Aequora Lanzarote Suites has a total of 398 guest rooms, offering a choice of twin rooms and both Junior and Master Suites, all of which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and magnifying make-up mirror, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television with USB ports, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a number of rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a choice of both buffet and a la carte restaurants offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Aequora Lanzarote Suites also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, seating a maximum of 50 people, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 5 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a hard surface tennis court, a multi sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guest staying at the Aequora Lanzarote Suites also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the Sanus Wellness Center, offering a variety of massage and beauty treatments.

The Aequora Lanzarote Suites also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
