Part of the Beatriz Group of hotels, the 4 star rated Hotel Beatriz Playa has an
enviable position overlooking the seafront promenade and wide sandy beach, in
the Matagorda district of the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, on the
southern east coast of Lanzarote.
The hotel is approximately 6km south of the capital Arrecife, 1km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1995 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2008 to include the construction of a Spa and Thalassotherapy Centre, the modern low rise Hotel Beatriz Playa has a total of 404 guest rooms, including 372 twin rooms and a further 32 Junior Suites, all of which are built over 4 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
