The 2 key rated Las Mimosas Apartments are situated around 500 metres from the beach, in the quiet Playa de Los Pocillos district, of the otherwise lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 5km south of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990, the modern low rise Las Mimosas complex is a small development of 16 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built around a small central pool area.

All apartments come equipped with a fully fitted "en-suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and washing machine, a combined lounge/dining room with satellite television, safety deposit box and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
