The 2 key rated Los Gracioseros Apartments are situated around 800 metres from
the beach, in the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast
of Lanzarote.
The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1994 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2006, the modern low rise Los Gracioseros complex has a total of 42 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a central pool area. All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with an integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
