The 2 key rated Princesa Guayadeque Apartments are situated around 350 metres from the Playa Grande beach, in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Princesa Guayadeque complex is a small development of 26 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and kettle, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided 5 times a week, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
