The 2 key rated San Francisco Park Apartments are situated around 250 metres from the sea front promenade, in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1984 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise San Francisco Park complex has a total of 40 guest rooms, offering a choice 34 one and two bedroom self catering apartments and a further 6 Studio flats, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle and 2/4 ring cooking hob, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests should be aware that the San Francisco Park Apartments operates a strict "Adults Only" policy, and that all guests must be aged 16 or over at the time of arrival.
