The 3 key rated Santa Rosa Apartments are situated around 150 metres from the Playa Bastian beach in the popular resort of Costa Teguise on the central east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 14km north of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and 1km from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 2004, the modern low rise Santa Rosa complex has a total of 128 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst almost 3,000m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with breakfast bar, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided 5 times a week, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen every 5 days.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, an on-site supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Of special interest to both families travelling with children and sports enthusiasts is the 1500m2 "Santa Rosa Sport Center" which features a playground, ball pond, soft play areas and full size professional bowling alley, along with a 25 metre Semi-Olympic swimming pool.

Guests staying at the Santa Rosa Apartments also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness facility, also situated within the Sports Center, which features a gymnasium with cardio fitness training equipment, aerobics studio, free weights area, stretching zone, fixed strength equipment, sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi, as well as offering a variety of cosmetic and massage treatments.

The Santa Rosa Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring small team games, family and water based activities, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
