Velazquez Bungalows - Puerto del Carmen

The 2 key rated Velazquez Bungalows have an enviable front line position, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern low rise Velazquez complex is a small development of 32 one and two bedroom self catering bungalows, which set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Velazquez Bungalows should be aware that there are two refundable deposits payable on arrival, one for breakages and one for the remote control to operate the air-conditioning.
