Part of the R2 Group of hotels, the 4 key rated Bahia Kon Tiki Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the Playa Grande beach, in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1981 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2018, the modern low rise Bahia Kon Tiki complex has a total of 108 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee machine, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with an integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
