The 3 key rated Los Zocos Apartments are situated around 150 metres from the Playa de las Cucharas beach in the popular resort of Costa Teguise on the central east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 14km north of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and 750 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1985 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2015, the modern low rise Los Zocos complex has a total of 324 one and two bedroom self catering apartments and a further 59 Junior Suites, that are distributed between a number of 3 storey buildings, and set amidst almost 35,000m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and electric cooking rings, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, complimentary high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features "Privilege Rooms" also offer guests champagne, sodas or juice and water on arrival, along with upgraded bathrooms with bathrobes, slippers, pool towels and bathroom amenities, and all rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a wide choice of both buffet and a la carte restaurants and snack bars, offering traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, an on-site supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of 4 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with 2 further smaller children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, 2 hard surface tennis courts, beach volley and football pitches, mini-golf and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Los Zocos Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
