The apartments are approximately 35km south of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and 1km from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern low rise Cay Beach Sun complex has a total of 150 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, that are distributed between several 3 storey buildings, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, and a combined lounge/dining room with with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 2 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, along with a separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Cay Beach Sun Apartments also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness Area, which features a further indoor acclimatized swimming pool with water jets, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and gymnasium, as well as offering a variety of other cosmetic and massage treatments.

The Cay Beach Sun Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
