Built in 1986, the modern low rise Club de Mar complex is a small development of 34 duplex style two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a central pool area. All guest rooms come equipped with two fully fitted "en suite" bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with 4 electric cooking rings, microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Club de Mar Apartments are also welcome to use the leisure facilities at the nearby "Sportcenter Fariones", which features 5 hard surface tennis, squash and paddle courts, along with a modern fitness and aerobic room with sauna and Jacuzzi, a large outdoor heated swimming pool, and children's play area.

The "Sportcenter Fariones" also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
