The 2 key Las Orquideas Apartments are situated around 750 metres from the Playa Grande beach, in the lively resort of
Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote. The apartments are approximately 12km south of the
capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of
the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1980, the modern low rise Las Orquideas Apartments complex is a small development of 24 self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors overlooking a small central pool area. All apartments come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with a safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
