The 3 key Los Quiqueres Apartments are situated on a hillside, in the older part of the popular resort of
Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote. The apartments are approximately 12km south of the
capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of
the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The modern low rise Los Quiqueres complex is a small development of 6 one and 2 two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built overlooking a small central pool area. All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
