The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Extensively refurbished during the early summer of 2018, the modern low rise Ereza Los Hibiscos complex has a total of 141 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 4 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with 2 ring electric hob, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided 3 days each week, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a buffet style restaurant and side snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, with WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with an integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
